Employee Spotlight: Allan Rehman, refreshing an old process with innovative thinking

Allan Rehman recently took overall operations at ARCH Cutting Tools – Flushing in the boring bar brazing department. Allan was able to improvise and refine the former 2nd op braze cleanup process. The dated cleanup process was tedious and very time consuming, which slowed down jobs.

Allan’s creative thinking produced a method that removed excess braze while in the molten state. His new process significantly reduced the need for a secondary operation, saving valuable time and money. Allan has been with ARCH Cuttings – Flushing for eight years and is an outstanding employee.
