Bloomfield Hills, Mich., May 26 – ARCH® Cutting Tools today announced the availability of the company’s complete portfolio of its trusted KEO® solid round brand and its full indexable portfolio under the Ultra-Dex™ brand through MachiningCloud.

MachiningCloud is an independent provider of product data content from the world’s leading suppliers. The organization provides instant access to the most current data, delivered right to the desktops of the customers of those suppliers.

“In the 21st century manufacturing environment, companies are embracing Industry 4.0 technologies, and efficient access to digital product data is essential to meeting the level of precision that is required in the cutting tool industry today,” said Bill Orris, ARCH Cutting Tools Senior Director – Product Development and Custom Solutions.

“MachiningCloud will now export tooling data of KEO and Ultra-Dex products directly to our  customers’ CAD/CAM, ERP and other shop environment digital platforms, fast-tracking solid modeling, simulations, and bridging the gap between physical cutting tools and digital software. Ultimately, ARCH Cutting Tools will continue to make it ‘easy to choose, easy to use for our customers’ ” he added.

ARCH Cutting Tools understands its customers and is continually looking for ways to support their efficiency and productivity. This move to MachiningCloud follows the launch of its first fully integrated master catalog, titled “The Collection,” holding the company’s complete standard cutting tool portfolio in January and the launch of its Centralized Distribution Center (CDC), in Southeast Michigan, in late 2020.

An integrated master catalog, an innovative CDC, and now easy, efficient access to KEO and Ultra-Dex product data – all examples of why ARCH Cutting Tools is confident in telling the manufacturing industry that it is: The Complete Tool Making Authority®
